After 30 years working for the State of Wisconsin Public Defender I retired in 2013 and opened Harness Investigations.  I specialize in criminal defense investigations, provide process service and am able to notarize documents.  I also prepare defense based presentence investigations and sentencing memorandums which I did for the Public Defenders office for 19 years, before I became a Public Defender Investigator.
