Utilizing my social skills has given me the unique ability to persuade non compliant witnesses and other people, to open up and talk, so I can uncover the truth. Even the most simplest statement from people that don't want to get involved can be beneficial and provide a lead in the case. Whether they realize it or not, they may end up providing information that is crucial to the case.

I have an edge in the abuse investigation cases involving nursing homes, assisted living, group and private home settings. I worked numerous years in the health care field, and have earned over 20 health care training certifications. 

I have administered medications, and was responsible for the personal care and safety of the residents. Understanding the charting and documentation used in these facilities. Also, following the company policies, procedures, and protocol.

I have gained professional and personal knowledge of what happens in those facilities (nursing home, assisted living) and aware of the OSHA Standard/Universal Precautions, abuse and neglect, falls, and deceitfulness when questioned, and how information and evidence is covered up. I know where and how to find potential witnesses and others that have information but are not willing to come forward.
