I retired after 30 years in Law Enforement , in Milwaukee County. During my last 5 years, I was assigned to MAIT (Milwaukee Area Investigation Team) aka "shoot team". We investigated Police Officer use of force, which resulted in death or substantial bodily injury. We also investigated in-custody deaths. I'm a "hybrid investigator." I understand how to take what worked in the past, and apply it in today's technical world. At J. Jennings Investigations, my partner and I are both retired investigators, and understand that "NORMAL" is a setting on a dryer! Each investigation is unique in its own way, but nothing we haven't seen before!
