Jill Goffin is a Wisconsin Licensed Private Investigator and Co-owner of Assured Private Investigations established in 2016.  Her current specialty is criminal defense investigations but has offered a variety of other services such as, process serving, surveillance, accident reviews, fraud investigations, backgrounds and locates.  Prior to becoming a private investigator, she was in Operations Management and Continuous Improvement for over 21 years in the manufacturing industry.  Jill was also a Staff Sergeant in the National Guard, serving for 10 years as a Combat Medic and earning three Army Achievement Medals throughout her military career.

Goffin is an adjunct instructor at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College for the Public Safety Division.  She teaches in the Professional Studies program delivering instruction for Private Investigation Tactics, Employment Strategies, Safety & Security and Risk & Vulnerability.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. In addition, she has several professional certificates including a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma and has attended numerous trainings in various specialty areas of private investigations to further professional development and staying current within the industry.
